Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary access data (including IP address, time and page requested) in log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Fonts and external services

All fonts are served from our own server. This site does not use any tracking, advertising or analytics services.

Cookies

We set a technically necessary cookie that remembers your language (German or English) for one year. On pages with a form (share an idea, business enquiry) we also set a technically necessary session cookie to protect the forms against misuse; it is deleted when you close your browser.

Forms “Share an idea” and business enquiry

We store your description, the optional details about your business or audience and – if provided – your email address in order to review your request and reply to questions. We store your IP address only as an irreversible hash to limit spam. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We will delete your details at any time on request.

The apps under *.vibits.de each have their own privacy notice.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Just send us an email.
